Calling AI-powered tools “a new layer of intelligence,” Nadella explained that these prompts help him stay productive, informed, and proactive as both an executive and a manager.

In a thread on X (formerly Twitter), Nadella highlighted how GPT-5, integrated into Microsoft 365 Copilot, supports him across tasks like meeting preparation, project tracking, performance analysis, and time management. Project Updates:

Here, Copilot compiles a project summary, comparing performance indicators to goals, highlighting progress or setbacks, and even predicting tough stakeholder questions with suggested answers.

Launch Readiness Check:

This AI-powered check evaluates engineering progress, pilot results, and risk factors to provide a readiness probability. Nadella noted it’s especially valuable for high-stakes product launches.
