Morning Routine: Hydration First
Hardik begins his day with a simple but powerful habit: drinking water. “I wake up and have 500 ml of water,” he said. It helps him stay hydrated and prepares him for his morning gym session. While many believe drinking water first thing offers major benefits, experts say it mainly keeps you hydrated, which is important for overall health.

Breakfast: Smoothie Power
After his workout, Hardik drinks a high-protein smoothie that packs about 650 calories and 30 grams of protein. His go-to ingredients include:

Sunflower seeds
Oats
Banana
Avocado
Almonds
Almond milk

He says it’s the “perfect breakfast” for him - simple, wholesome, and full of energy.

Lunch: Traditional and Balanced
Before lunch, he drinks apple cider vinegar (ACV) with water to control cravings. “This helps keep my hunger in check,” he said, adding that as an athlete, he always counts his calories.

For lunch, he prefers a home-style Indian meal:

Jeera rice
Palak (spinach)
Daal (lentils)

This meal contains around 550 calories and 24 grams of protein. It’s nutritious, light, and keeps him energized without being too heavy.

Evening Snack: Oatmeal
After practice, Hardik enjoys a bowl of oatmeal. It gives him around 600 calories and 28 grams of protein, helping him recover and refuel. It's a smart choice for athletes or anyone looking for a filling, protein-rich snack.

Dinner: Asian Green Bowl
Before dinner, he takes another serving of apple cider vinegar. His final meal of the day is usually an Asian green bowl made with:

Tofu
Rice
Mixed vegetables

This combination gives him essential nutrients while staying low in fat and calories.
